达观艺术画廊由洪万通先生创办，旨在与其他艺术爱好者交流，并对广泛艺术收藏的热爱。他希望达观艺术能促进新兴和知名艺术家的发展，同时努力丰富新加坡的艺术和文化底蕴。 Gorgeous Art Gallery was founded by Mr. Ang Ban Tong, aiming to communicate with other art lovers and love for a wide range of art collections. He hoped that Gorgeous Art Gallery could promote the development of emerging and well-known artists, while striving to enrich Singapore's artistic and cultural heritage.
